Can You Be Re-infected With A Stomach Virus

Barszcz, Zurek, Barszcz biały

borscht (as boric transcribed Ukrainian and Russian: борщ " borscht ", Polish: barszcz " perch Cz ") is a soup that is traditionally made with beetroot and in Eastern and Central Europe is very common. The origin of the word borscht or Barszcz is most likely from the Slavic word for hogweed. This was in the Middle Ages an integral part of the soup.

Żurek is a traditional Polish soup based on a sour broth with typical acidic taste. They can be dyed with milk (in Lent) or cooked with meat, vegetables and dry mushrooms. One possibility is to prepare Zurki with sausage, smoked bacon, pork ribs or chweineschwänzen.
